Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.armanigallery.com.au. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

How long will my order take to be processed?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please allow 1-5 business days for deliveries.
If, in the unlikely event we are unable to supply your order in full, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss a revised supply date or offer you an alternative or refund.

 

* Overnight business day delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within metro areas.

How much are delivery costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on location and items purchased, price will be calculated at checkout.

*Prices at checkout are conditional, costs may be altered depending on specific location, in this situation you will be contacted directly by the store.

We do not ship to PO box addresses.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

Yes, it is possible. During the checkout process you can choose different addresses.

 

Please note that this option is only valid for addresses within the same country.

What if I'm not there when the delivery arrives?

When you place an order with Armani Gallery,, you’re automatically providing your Authority to Leave (“ATL”). To ensure the security of your order, the driver will always attempt to leave it in a safe place if you’re not there (e.g. by the front door, at reception desk, etc). You can provide reasonable delivery instructions at check out such as “leave behind the shrub next to the front door”

 

Please also be aware that Armani Gallery will not be able to offer any further assistance if your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier.

What if I need to amend or change my order?

We want to make sure that customers receive their orders, however “change of address” requests can only be actioned within 12 hours of order placement, and should be emailed to admin@armanigallery.com.au

 

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any other amendments. This includes name, phone number, product quantities, items and email address on the orders.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Australia.
