SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the high volume of inquiries and orders, as well as COVID-19 management plan/procedures, there will be some delays in the dispatch of orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

 

All orders are normally processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

 

Please note we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

Our products are shipped on the basis of Authority to Leave. Please make sure someone is present to receive the order or else the package will be left at your premises.

 

If you reside in the unit block and the driver can not access to leave the package in a safe place, you will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery or pick up from the freight company.

 

Standard Shipping may be up to 7 business days in metro areas.

 

Domestic and outside the metro areas may be up to 7-14 business days.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Villawood and Parramatta.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 business days excluding weekends. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection.

Our in-store pickup hours during COVID-19 are 10am – 6pm, Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
